ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (AS AMENDED)

Worcestershire County Council (Alcester Road and Penn Lane, Portway) (40 mph Speed Limit) Order 2021

On 13 May 2021 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to reduce the speed limit on the following lengths of roads in Portway to 40 miles per hour: –

Alcester Road from a point 64m north of its junction with Brockhill Lane to a point 96m north of its junction with Penn Lane. Penn Lane from its junction with Alcester Road for 90m in an easterly direction.

There are exemptions in the Order for Special Forces Vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 3 June 2021.
